About me
Yemi Adewumi is a preacher, pastor, and transformational coach who empowers many to excel in life. A teacher of the Word and a great lover of God. She got her MBA from the University of Houston and currently serves as Co-Pastor of Distinction International Christian Church, (DICC) aka the Distinction Church, a vision led by her Husband Pastor David Adewumi.
She received her calling into ministry in 1996 and is a mentor to many. She loves to impact lives and honor God by helping people achieve their God-given dreams. Her greatest passion is to see lives changed, transformed, healed, restored, and delivered through the Word and Power of God.
Her heart cry is to see people live in dominion and royalty as Kings and priests not oppressed, bond, ashamed, abused, or homeless. This led her to birth a Christian foundation for Youth, Women, and Family Empowerment called the Excelling Hope Foundation. She is the Board Chair of the Excelling Hope Foundation, and this initiative is focused on Impacting lives for Jesus. She is happily married to Pastor David Adewumi, and they are blessed with a daughter and two sons who are serving the Lord in ministry.
